Evolus earnings for the second quarter of 2026, reported on August 5, 2026, showed net revenue of $84.1 million, up 21% from the second quarter of 2025. The company behind Jeuveau raised the bottom of its full-year revenue guidance and said more than 4,000 customers have now purchased Evolysse, its hyaluronic acid filler line.

For a practice that stocks Jeuveau or is being pitched Evolysse, the filing shows what kind of supplier is on the other side of the order form. Growing fast. Still losing money under GAAP. Holding $45.2 million in cash.

The quarter was not profitable. Evolus reported a GAAP loss from operations of $4.5 million, against a loss of $10.2 million a year earlier, and a net loss of $8.1 million, or $0.12 a share. What the company headlined instead was adjusted EBITDA of $4.7 million, a non-GAAP measure that leaves out interest, stock-based compensation, depreciation, amortization and a royalty revaluation, among other items. It was the third quarter in a row that measure came in positive.

Where the revenue came from

Toxin is still nearly all of it. Global toxin revenue was $75.2 million of the $84.1 million. Injectable HA gels brought in $8.9 million, which works out to roughly 11% of the total. That line now covers two brands: Evolysse in the US and Estyme, which the company said it launched in Europe during the quarter.

Gross margin was 68.0%. About 120 basis points of that came from a tariff refund recognized in the quarter, the release said, so the underlying figure is a little lower.

Evolus gave its usual set of customer counts, and they are cumulative, which matters when reading them. More than 18,600 customers have purchased from the company since Jeuveau launched in May 2019, with about 600 purchasing accounts added in the quarter. Over 4,000 of those customers have bought Evolysse. The company put US account penetration above 60% and its reorder rate above 70%.

On the consumer side, Evolus Rewards grew by more than 77,000 members in the quarter to over 1.5 million since the programme began in May 2020. Redemptions topped 270,000 in the quarter, which the company called an all-time high.

"Based on our first-half results, we are raising our full-year 2026 financial outlook while continuing to invest in strategic opportunities that strengthen our long-term growth profile," said David Moatazedi, president and chief executive, in the release. He also described the wider market as improving, with "mid-single digit growth in the neurotoxin market" and the HA category "returning to positive growth following two years of declines." That is a supplier's read of the market. AbbVie's own second-quarter table, which we covered on October 9, showed US Juvederm revenue down 2.0%.

The new outlook

Full-year 2026 net revenue guidance is now $330 million to $337 million. The previous range was $327 million to $337 million, so the floor moved up $3 million and the ceiling stayed put. Evolus said the new range represents 11% to 13% growth over 2025.

It expects HA gels, Evolysse and Estyme together, to contribute 10% to 12% of 2026 revenue. That assumes nothing from Evolysse Sculpt. The company said it anticipates US approval of Sculpt in the fourth quarter of 2026 but has left the product out of guidance.

Then there is cash. Evolus ended June with $45.2 million in cash and cash equivalents, down from $49.8 million at the end of March, and its balance sheet showed $156.7 million of long-term debt. The company said it has about $120 million of additional non-dilutive capacity and called its resources sufficient.

The release also covers two licensing deals. Evolus took exclusive US rights from IBSA to develop and sell Profhilo, an injectable it describes as a skin-quality product, with US commercialization anticipated in 2030. It also extended its Symatese agreement for Estyme to Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Since then, FDA's drug-promotion office has sent Evolus an untitled letter dated September 28, 2026 over a Jeuveau Instagram reel.

Evolus had filed no Form 8-K after August 5 as of October 8, 2026, according to its SEC filing index, and we found no announced date for third-quarter results. In 2025 the company reported its third quarter on November 5.
